These Terms apply to your use of the Auroralakecourt website and any service, reservation or experience booked through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Auroralakecourt or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
